Striking large oval shaped catalin bakelite box in marbleized bright red with huge clear apple-juice knob. This box with it's large ball shaped knob and its large size is one of the rarest boxes to find. The bright red marbleized Catalin has a deep shine, rich color, glow and also has exceptionally striking yellow marbleizing that only adds to the beauty of this desirable box. This box is in original, untouched perfect condition, and is just a stunning example of this style. Box measures approximately: 8.25" long by 6.25 wide by 2" high.

Swirled Blue and Yellow Catalin Taylor "Baroguide"
Beautiful marbleized Lapis-Lazuli and Yellow Catalin 'Baroguide' barometer made by the Taylor Instrument Company of Rochester, NY in the 1940s. The blue swirled Baroguide sits on a yellow base with carved 'speed-lines'. The baroguide's catalin case is mint with no scratches, chips, or fleabites. The chrome trim is bright, dial face has a small amount of wear and dial plastic is clear. Measures approximately: 4.75" high by 4" high by .75" deep. Baroguide is sold "as-is + untested", appears complete. If you wish to use it daily, it is recommended you have a qualified professional service it as it may need repair and calibration.

These were manufactured in 1944 by Catalin Ltd. at Waltham Abbey, Hertfordshire, Essex, UK. Seldom do you see these being sold as a set and in these vibrant colors of Catalin. These little speakers have copper mesh grills that add to the quality of the build. The cabinets on each of these are free of cracks, chips, burns or repairs. The marbleized azure blue and marbleized lettuce green example have been cut/polished back to the factory colors and look absolutely vibrant. Rare Set of 6 Bakelite Footed Revere Cocktail Cups
Great set of six (6) Revere chrome with yellow Bakelite EMPIRE cocktail cups by William Archibald Welden. Produced by the REVERE Copper and Brass Company, 1938, and designed by their Director of Design, William Archibald Welden. These Bakelite footed cocktail cups were used in a number of the Revere Copper & Brass Company's cocktail sets. These would go great with either the Empire or Zephyr cocktail shaker set. Cocktail cups appear to be unused with only very small signs of age and storage. Chrome is bright and has no corrosion. Yellow Bakelite bases are free of cracks or chips and retain the factory gloss. Great Set of Whimsical "Mushroom" Bakelite Salt Shakers
Rare set of figural "Mushroom" catalin shakers sitting on a bright green catalin leaf tray. Made is West Germany in the 1940s this set of shakers is among the top shakers you can have in your collection. Consisting of two beautiful figural red mushrooms with yellow bases and silver applied dots sitting on a marbleized green leaf tray. The bright red Catalin tops have a deep shine, rich color and glow. Both mushroom shakers are in great condition with no cracks, hairlines or chips and show only slight wear to applied silver dots. Green marbleized leaf is in perfect condition and marked West Germany on the underside. Large mushroom does not unsrew and I do not want to force it. Tray measure approximately: 6" long and large mushroom shaker is 2.5" high and smaller mushroom is 2" high.
