All-Original Maroon Fada Model 700 'Cloud'

Beautiful Fada model 700 "Cloud" catalin radio in maroon/plum with ivory trim.  The model 700 was made starting in 1946 by the FADA Radio & Electric Co. This model was one of three new designs for the postwar period. The original maroon catalin cabinet is highlighted with the bright ivory trim.

The shiny maroon cabinet has no cracks, chips, burn marks, or repairs. It is uncommon to find a Fada model 700 in perfect condition; they are prone to damage. The ivory swirled plastic handle and knobs are original to the radio and are in perfect condition. This set retains its original reverse painted dial plastic, masonite back and the remnants of the manufactures sticker on the bottom of the case.

Measures approximately: 10.5" wide x 6.5" high x 5.5" deep. This set is sold "as-is + untested", the chassis seems complete. Set is being sold as a "non-working" vintage electronic device that should be gone over by a qualified technician.
