Beautiful FADA L-56 in marbleized light yellow with bright green wrap-around grill. This Art Deco catalin model made in 1939 by FADA Radio + Electric Company has a beautiful design and size. This seldom seen bright green insert grill with a stunning yellow marbleizing that gives it depth and life. The catalin cabinet retains the factory gloss, the bright green trim adds contrast and style to this stunning example. This is a great example of an all-original early FADA.

The glossy yellow catalin cabinet, handle and knobs are in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or repairs; cabinet has a mild tube burn as seen. The original bright green marbleized grill has no cracks, chips or repairs. The beautiful graphic dial is bright and in great condition. Radio retains the original manufacturers sticker affix to base of cabinet. The dial plastic + water-slide decal are correct replacements. Radio has small scratches consistent with age + use of set. This radio is as clean as one can be found and would truly make a great addition to any radio or Deco collection.

Radio measures approximately: 9" wide by 5.5" high by 4" deep. This set is sold "as-is + untested", the chassis seems complete. Set is being sold as a "non-working" vintage electronic device that should be gone over by a qualified technician.
