FADA 652 'Temple' Catalin radio in a beautiful Plum/Maroon and Butterscotch Catalin - beautiful + original Art Deco radio. Radio model was part of the 1940-1942 FADA radio lineup. The catalin cabinet retains the factory gloss, and the butterscotch trim adds contrast and style to this stunning example of a FADA Temple model. This maroon and yellow FADA 652 has no cracks, chips, nicks, repairs or tube burns. The butterscotch catalin dial surround and fluted knobs are original to this radio and in perfect condition with no cracks, stress lines, chips, breaks, burns or repairs. The grill cloth is a period correct replacement. Reverse painted dial glass is an exact replacement for the original one, which often is damaged on this model. Rare Cord 'Zephyr' lite-up Catalin 1930's Deco radio. This seldom seen radio consists of an oval black lacquer cabinet with a translucent butterscotch catalin front panel that lights-up from the inside. The butterscotch marbleized catalin panel lights-up from the inside giving the radio a warm glow, setting it apart from other radios manufactured in the 1930s. This interesting feature along with the use of different materials makes for a highly unusual and rare Art Deco radio. The radio is further highlighted by the large circular dial with great graphics. Designed by Morris Weincord of Chicago, IL in 1936 for the Cord Radio Co. Radio is in great condition with some wear to chrome + lacquered wood as would be expected from age and use. The unique styling and bold use of color would make this radio a truly beautiful addition to any collection. This stylized Art Deco radio features the famous "waterfall" speaker grill trim and surround "bumpers" with speed-lines that really make for a streamlined radio design. It is one of the most striking color combinations for a catalin radio. The white alabaster catalin cabinet is highlighted by faint clear + white marbleizing that adds depth to the cabinet. The alabaster cabinet is highlighted with its contrasting bright red trim. The radio is just a stunning example of this Catalin Addison model. Unique Lite-Up Glass + Chrome Deco Radio from 1936 - All Original
Spectacular Radio-Glo stained glass, chrome + ebonized wood Deco radio. This seldom seen radio is made of turquoise/blue and light yellow stained glass panels that light-up from the inside. The skyscraper designed radio is accented by chromed metal, vertical spacers, and pilasters. The stained glass panels light-up from the inside giving the radio a warm glow, setting it apart from other radios manufactured in the 1930s. This interesting feature along with the use of different materials makes for a highly unusual and rare Art Deco radio. Manufactured by the Radio-Glo Company Inc. of, Benton Harbor, Michigan is the only radio made by the company. Designed and patented by George A. Stamm for the Radio-Glo Company in 1936. Radio is in great all-original condition with some wear to chrome + ebonized wood as would be expected from age and use. All stained glass is original to the radio and is in wonderful condition with only two small hairlines on the panels behind each knob. Radio retains the original black Bakelite knobs and wood back panel. Radio lights-up as it should and looks breathtaking at night as well as during the day. The radio is lit by two clear 4W night light bulbs and the lights can be turned on and off by a switch on the back of the radio separate from the radio. The Emerson AU-213 radio with its impressive design makes it one of the most interesting Ingraham cabinets made. This great design with its and curved cabinet styling and applied vertical grill bars is attributed to designer Alexis de Sakhnoffsky who was responsible for the design of the just as incredible "Mae West". This Art Deco model with its beautiful use of different toned veneer is highlighted by the graceful curved wood formed case. The E. Ingraham Company of Bristol, Connecticut made the cabinet for Emerson. Radio has the original finish with the water-slide decal still present. The original finish has a lustre to it and a beautiful rich color with wear/imperfections/dings in the wood consistent with age + use. The richness of the all-original veneers used by Ingraham have a remarkable of depth of color that is just stunning. The radio retains the original metal "Ingraham" tag on the bottom and the original cardboard back panel. The jet-black Bakelite knobs and the gold dial are original and in great condition. Radio has the original dial plastic that is in great condition with only a little yellowing. This small mini-tombstone radio measures approximately: 9." Wide by 11" High by 6" Deep. Beautiful AWA Fisk Empire Skyscraper Radio
AWA "Empire State" Skyscraper FISK Radiolette radio made of black Bakelite, with beautifully contrasting chrome dial bezel surround. Strong Art Deco elements are at the very heart of this 1934 models design, including, stepped "Skyscraper" design, molded vertical and horizontal rounded cross-ribbing that heightens the cabinet's exceptional look. Amalgamated Wireless Australia (A.W.A.) produced a number of Radiolette models over the years in a variety of sizes, designs, and materials. But the one that every radio collector wants is the 1934 model that is officially named "The Fisk". Collectors for obvious architectural reasons also refer to this model as “The Skyscraper” or “Empire State”, and it is reputedly the first Bakelite case radio ever produced in Australia. This radio is the AUS version of the American made Air King "Skyscraper" designed by Harold Van Doren. Interesting features on this radio include listings of the Australian and New Zealand radio station call letters around the frequency selector dial, plus a distant and local ("D/L") switch at the rear of the chassis. Rare Art Deco Metal Case Radio with Silhouetted Lady's Face
Rare Stewart Warner Radio R108X "Lady's Head" in jet black with silver accents. Manufactured in 1933 by the Stewart Warner Corporation. This small metal case radio is among the rarest of Art Deco radios to be found. The Silhouette on the front of the radio is the embodiment of the roaring 1920s flapper style. The "Lady's Head" radio was made in silver/black or the minimally produced black/silver making it the rarest. Radio is untouched and in great condition showing some signs of wear, corrosion to the paint consistent with age + use. The silver round painted knobs as well as is the silver metal mesh grill cloth are original to the radio. Radio is complete with original metal back panel and Alemite Corporation sticker still affixed to the bottom of cabinet + rear of the chassis. Rare Catalin Motorola Model 50XC-1 "Circle-Grill" radio in an incredible highly marbleized tomato red with translucent yellow catalin trim. This is a magnificent, exquisitely crafted Art Deco radio manufactured in 1940 by Motorola Radio also known to collectors as the "Circle Grill". This Motorola design is considered one of the most appealing sets of its time beautifully designed in the Art Deco Style. The details are unique with its round catalin speaker bezel, scalloped handle, and hexagonal knobs. The cabinet features streamlined ridges that stretch around the case bringing all the elements together. The golden dial face is also decorated with deco numerals and sunburst designs that emanate from a red plastic dial pointer with the letter "M" cast in to it. The atalin has great shine that makes its rich color glow and shows off exceptionally striking, deep and colorful, yellow and clear marbleizing. The Brazilian green onyx catalin cabinet is heavily marbleized with tones of green, yellow, and brown that add depth to the luscious catalin cabinet. The design of this model has been attributed to industrial designer John Vassos one of the designers for RCA. Beautiful General Television radio made of glossy jet black Bakelite, with beautifully contrasting kelly green handle, grill, knobs, and dial face frame. Made in mid 1940's by General Television Radio Corp of Chicago, Illinois, model "5E5". The gold face features a stunning textured deco sunburst pattern, with a yellow plastic station indicator, beneath which "General Television" appears. The radio is in original, untouched condition, with a beautiful and natural gloss and is just a superb example of this General Television radio. The beautiful and glossy Bakelite cabinet is in incredible original condition. Cabinet and trim have no cracks, chips, burns, or repairs. Radio has been well taken care of and only shows some fine scratches consistent with light careful use. The kelly green polystyrene grill and dial trim is complete and original to the radio and has no cracks, chips, burns or repairs. Knobs are correct replacements. The gold dial is original and in great condition. The dial plastic is also original and in great condition with very little yellowing. Radio retains its original cardboard back with manufacturer's information imprinted. Radio measures approximately: 8.75" Wide, 5.5" Deep, and 7" Tall to the top of the handle. This set is sold "as-is + untested", the chassis seems complete. Set is being sold as a "non-working" vintage electronic device that should be gone over by a qualified technician.

Rare Symphony Catalin Radio 'Split Grille' with a Yellow case and Dark Green/Black marbleized trim. Manufactured in 1938/1939 by the Record-O-Vox Inc. the Symphony remains one of the top catalin radios to be found. The radios incredibly translucent + marbleized yellow cabinet is highlighted by the dark green yellow swirled trim. The contrast in color between the light yellow cabinet and the dark trim makes this an exceptional example of a rare Symphony radio. Radio has no cracks, chips, or repairs to cabinet or trim.
